The Seattle Group will be arriving into Ontario at 10:00am, and will be driving the sixty miles to Palm Springs. Once we get to Korakia, we will see which rooms are ready, then make a trip to the Grocery to pick up food and drink for everyone. We expect to be poolside, drinks in hand, by 12:30pm. SF, LA, and NO attendees should plan accordingly.

We will be shopping as soon as we get there, and will be getting the normal deli meats, cheeses, pasta salads, chips, pretzels, salsa, corn, hummus, Fried Chicken, Veggies, fruit, Vodka, Tequila, Mixers, Corona, Chardonnay, Water, maybe even some fruit roll ups, and Beets. We should plan on one hundred dollars a person for supplies for the four days.
